Artist Statement

Through the process of painting I create visual spaces to explore the tension between the natural world and the man-made. My work is a diagrammatic process in which I assess (language, abstraction, geometry, music, nature, etc!) in search of common iconography, symbolism or feel. The interaction between high-art, the biological and the vibrational world meld together to form entire abstract worlds mirroring our own reality of chaos and calm.
